このフライパンは、左利きと右利きの両方のユーザーに適しており、IHを含むあらゆる種類のコンロでの使用に最適です。使用前に、表面に薄く植物油を塗り、フライパンをよく予熱してください。調理後は、フライパンに食べ物を残さないことが重要です。さもないと錆びる可能性があります。柔らかいスポンジで手洗いし、石鹸や刺激の強い洗剤の使用は避け、完全に乾かしてください。保管する前に、フライパンがまだ温かいうちに、表面に少量の植物油を塗ってください。
Background
このフライパンは、1915年に東京で生まれた著名な日本人デザイナー、柳宗理によって設計されました。彼の父、柳宗悦は、民芸（日本の民俗芸術）の推進者であり、普通の人々の手作りの品を高く評価していました。宗理は東京美術学校で美術と建築の両方を学び、ル・コルビュジエやシャルロット・ペリアンなどに影響を受けました。戦後、柳宗理は、ウォーターケトル、バタフライチェア、陶磁器、銀器シリーズなど、多くの製品を設計しました。新潟県燕市に拠点を置くニホンヨシキ株式会社は、柳宗理がデザインしたキッチン用品や食器のほとんどを製造しています。
