Yamada Kogyosho Produces Round-Bottom Woks With 42 Cm And 45 Cm Diameters Available In Unseasoned And Pre-Seasoned Options. Yamada Woks Are Known For Their Top Quality And Are Highly Evaluated By Professionals For Their Elaborately Hammered Surface. Each Wok Is Made One By One And Is Totally Distinctive From That Of Pressed Woks. For The Unseasoned Option, The Woks Are Covered With Anti-Rust Protective Coating On Delivery. Before The First Use, It Is Important To Heat The Wok To Burn Off The Coating And Wash It With Detergent When It Gets Cool. Then, Stir-Frying Vegetable Scraps Is Recommended In Order To Make The Wok Ready. For Details On How To Do This, Check The “Pre-Seasoning” Section On Have An All-Around Japanese Wok In Your Kitchen! For The Pre-Seasoned Option, The Woks Are Finished With Cooking Oil. As These Are Build-To-Order Products, It Will Take 5-10 Weeks Before The Shipment.
