おひつ：蒸したご飯を保存するための伝統的な木製容器
おひつは、炊飯器で炊いたご飯を最適な状態で保存するために設計された、蓋付きの日本の伝統的な木製容器です。木曽地方に産出されるサワラ材で作られており、寿司桶や飯台、おひつなどの伝統的な日本の調理器具に使用されることで知られています。サワラ材の特徴である柾目（まさめ）模様と銅の装飾が、この容器をひときわ美しく、洗練されたものにしています。 サワラ材は、天然樹脂の含有量が高いため、他の種類の木材よりも耐水性と耐久性に優れています。これらの特性は、自然な抗菌効果ももたらし、キッチンで使用するのに安全で有益な素材となっています。 おひつには、江戸びつと能瀬びつの2種類があります。この2つの種類の唯一の違いは、蓋の形状です。使用とお手入れ
サワラ材は、表面に樹脂が染み出てくることがあります。これは自然な要素であり無害ですが、ベタベタして黄ばんだ染みが残ることがあります。ベタつきを取り除くには、酢またはエタノール液（消毒用アルコール）で拭き取ることをお勧めします。黄色の染みが多少残りますが、使用しても全く問題ありません。 使用後は、（熱い）水で洗い、黒ずみの原因となる食べ残しがないようにしてください。洗浄後は、水気をよく切り、乾燥させ、乾いた布で拭いてください。直射日光を避け、風通しの良い涼しい場所に保管することが重要です。乾燥前に水を取り除かないと、木材がすぐに収縮し、ひび割れや銅の装飾の緩みの原因となります。また、容器を濡れたままにしておくと、カビが生えたり、黒ずんだりすることがあります。 おひつは食器洗い機に入れないでください。背景
