使用とお手入れ
- アルミニウムは強い酸性またはアルカリ性に弱く、変色しやすいです。これを防ぐため、使い始める前に米のとぎ汁や野菜くずと一緒に水を沸騰させてください。
- 変色やサビには、大さじ1杯の酢またはクエン酸、またはレモンのスライスを入れた水を沸騰させ、一晩自然に冷ましてください。
- 使用後は中性洗剤とスポンジで優しく洗ってください。表面を傷つける可能性のあるタワシなどの使用は避けてください。
