Hikiyose - 伝統と現代の職人技の融合
Hikiyoseは、日本の伝統的な製造技術である「木地挽き」と「寄木」の2つを用いて作られた現代的な木製製品です。木地挽きは、刃物と旋盤を使って木を椀状に成形する技法で、寄木は、異なる種類の木片を組み合わせて木のモザイクを作る技法です。Kaichi Designの山田佳一郎氏がデザインしたHikiyoseは、2014年にグッドデザイン賞を受賞しました。
使用とお手入れ
- 高温多湿、極度の乾燥、直射日光に長時間さらされると、ひび割れや変形の原因となりますので避けてください。
- 落下や強い衝撃は、ひび割れや破損の原因となることがあります。硬いタワシやスポンジの使用は避けてください。
- シンナーやベンジンなどの研磨剤は、コーティングが剥がれる原因となることがあります。
- Hikiyoseは、ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、食器洗い機には対応していません。
- 長時間水に浸けると、ひび割れや曲がりの原因となりますので避けてください。
- 食品を入れたままにしたり、濡れたままにしたりすると、シミ、カビ、細菌の繁殖の原因となりますので避けてください。
- 使い始めの匂いが気になる場合は、熱湯を注ぎ3分待ってから、水気を切って乾拭きしてからご使用ください。
- 使用後は、柔らかいスポンジと中性洗剤をぬるま湯に溶かして洗い、布で拭いてください。
