Hikiyose - 現代的なデザインと伝統的な製造の組み合わせ
Hikiyoseは、現代的なデザインと2つの伝統的な製造技術「木地挽き」と「寄木」を組み合わせた、精巧な木製製品です。木地挽きとは、刃物と旋盤を使って木材を椀状に成形する技術です。寄木とは、異なる種類の木片を組み合わせた木製のモザイク作品の一種です。Kaichi Designの山田佳一郎氏がデザインしたHikiyoseは、2014年にグッドデザイン賞を受賞しました。
使用とお手入れ
Hikiyoseは繊細なため、長持ちさせるためには適切な使用とお手入れが必要です。ひび割れや変形の原因となるため、高温、多湿、極度の乾燥、直射日光に長時間さらさないでください。ガスコンロ、電子レンジ、オーブン、食器洗い機には対応していません。ひび割れや変形の原因となるため、長時間水に浸さないでください。また、シミ、カビ、細菌の繁殖の原因となるため、製品の中に食品を入れたままにしたり、濡れたままにしたりしないでください。使い始めに匂いが気になる場合は、熱湯を注いで3分ほど置いてから、水気を切って拭いてからご使用ください。使用後は、柔らかいスポンジと中性洗剤をぬるま湯に溶かして洗い、布で拭いてください。
