- 加熱不要 - スティックを水に溶かすだけ。

使用方法
- 素材力だし®シリーズ1本を水750mlに溶かして、味噌汁（5人分）を作ります。
- 直射日光を避け、湿気の少ない涼しい場所に保管してください。
- 開封後は、スティックをしっかりと密封し、冷蔵庫に保管し、できるだけ早く使用してください。
だしの背景
だしは、日本料理で広く使われているスープと調理用ストックです。味噌汁、澄まし汁、麺つゆ、様々な煮込み料理のベースとなります。また、お好み焼きやたこ焼きなどの焼き物の生地にも使われています。
最も一般的なだしは、昆布（食用昆布）と削り節（保存・発酵させたカツオの削り節）を水で煮て、液体を濾したシンプルなだしです。鰹節は、うま味成分であるイノシン酸ナトリウムを多く含んでおり、だしに欠かせない材料となっています。
