岩鋳の極厚フライパンは、優れた蓄熱性と均一な熱分布を提供し、料理を楽しくします。このフライパンは、400年以上にわたって受け継がれてきた岩手県の伝統工芸である南部鉄器を使用して作られています。
使用とお手入れ
このフライパンは直火およびIH調理器（IH200V）に対応しています。電磁調理器は強力なため、鍋の温度に注意し、火力を中以下に設定してください。使用後は、洗剤を使わずに、たわしやブラシで熱湯で洗ってください。洗浄後は、軽く熱して水分を完全に蒸発させてから冷ましてください。錆びを防ぐため、保管する際はキッチンペーパーで薄く油を塗ってください。
鋳鉄製品は重いため、取り扱いには注意してください。落下や焦げ付きはひび割れの原因となります。使用中は鍋や取っ手が熱くなり、火傷の原因となることがありますので、素手で触れないように注意してください。鋳鉄製の鍋に食品を入れたままにしておくと、食品中のタンニンと化学反応を起こし、食品が黒くなることがあります。人体には無害ですので、調理後は必ず鍋を空にして別の容器に食品を保管してください。
