●手のひらでミニポンプを4回押して、顔全体を柔らかくします。
●主にケラチンプラグと毛穴のにきびで、ざらつきが気になりますので、指先でらせん状になるように優しく丁寧にマッサージしてください。
●1日1回、目安として2分程度、肌をこすりすぎないようにマッサージしてください。
●次に、冷水または温水で十分に洗い流します。その他の効果的な使用方法
●朝の洗顔時に使用する場合は、のりの作り方が良く、日中の脂肪浮きを防ぎます。
