山田工業所は、1957年に日本の横浜で創業された家族経営の工芸工場です。国内で唯一のハンマー打ち中華鍋のメーカーです。丸底の中華鍋は、その一流の品質で専門家から高く評価されています。各中華鍋は一つ一つ手作りされており、プレス中華鍋とは異なる独特の槌目表面が特徴です。使用と手入れに関して、山田の中華鍋は通常、未シーズニングの状態で在庫されており、防錆保護コーティングが施されています。使用できるようにするには、中華鍋を加熱してコーティングを焼き切り、洗剤で洗う必要があります。その後、野菜くずを炒めることをお勧めします。
また、プレシーズニングされた中華鍋も受注生産でご用意しております。中華鍋は防錆コーティングの代わりに食用油で仕上げられており、納期は5〜10週間です。その後、中華鍋を洗剤で洗い、野菜くずを炒めることをお勧めします。
