この衛生まな板はプロの料理人が使用する本格的なまな板で、木のような質感を持っています。適度な弾力性があり、刃の損傷を軽減します。切ることに特化しており、ステンレス製のシンクで滑らず、バクテリアやカビの繁殖を防ぎます。さらに、耐久性があり、傷がつきにくく、耐摩耗性があり、汚れや臭いがつきにくいです。
使用方法と手入れ
- 使用後は、中性洗剤（できればナイロンブラシで）で洗い、十分に乾燥させてください。しつこい汚れには、家庭用漂白剤を使用してください。ただし、長時間浸け置きすることは避けてください。
- このまな板は食器洗い機には対応していません。洗浄や乾燥の際に加熱すると、柔らかくなったり曲がったりする可能性があります。
- UV殺菌器には対応していますが、長時間さらされると変色する可能性があります。
- 変形の原因となるため、火のそばに置いたり、熱いフライパンを置いたりしないでください。立てかけて保管すると、反りや変形の原因となることがあります。
- 合成ゴムと木粉の臭いがすることがありますが、食品衛生検査の材料試験および溶解試験の安全基準を満たしています。臭いは使用するうちに徐々に消えていきます。
