この飯切蓋は、日本の木曽地方産の「サワラ」材を使用し、伝統的な製法で手作りされています。柾目（ストレートグレイン）模様と銅の装飾が、洗練された外観を提供します。サワラ材は、飯切や半台のような日本の伝統的な調理器具を作るために何世紀にもわたって使用されており、台所用品の優れた素材として定評があります。 サワラ材は自然に生育し、他の樹種よりも樹脂を多く含んでいます。そのため、耐水性と耐久性に優れ、天然の抗菌効果があります。使用とお手入れ
表面に樹脂が染み出すことがありますが、それは天然成分であり無害です。黄色く、べたべたして、染みのように見えても問題ありません。べたつきを取り除くには、酢またはエタノール液（消毒用アルコール）を使用してください。黄色の染みが残る場合がありますが、蓋は安全に使用できます。 食品の残留物は黒ずみの原因となるため、使用後は必ずお湯で蓋をよく洗ってください。洗浄後は、布で蓋を拭き、直射日光を避けて、涼しく風通しの良い場所に置いてください。保管する前に蓋が完全に乾いていないと、木材が収縮し、ひび割れや銅の装飾が緩む可能性があります。蓋を濡れたままにしておくと、カビや黒ずみの原因にもなります。 この蓋は食器洗い機に対応していません。背景
