この本格的な手作りの木製寿司桶は、「飯切（はんぎり）」または「飯台（はんだい）」として知られ、日本の木曽地方の椹（さわら）の木を使い、職人によって作られています。美しい柾目（まさめ）模様と銅の装飾が特徴で、美しいだけでなく、水や細菌にも強いです。外観と品質を維持するには、樹脂を酢またはエタノール液で拭き取り、使用後は毎回お湯で洗ってください。涼しく換気の良い場所で完全に乾かしてください。食器洗い機では使用できません。
