使用とお手入れ方法
長谷川のスパチュラは、130°Cまでの耐熱性があり、90°C以下の温度で食器洗い機で使用できます。5分以内で煮沸すれば、塩素/酸素系漂白剤や紫外線から保護されます。大型の木材コア構造は、剛性と軽量化を提供します。
