Their Products Are Highly Acclaimed Due To Their Elaborately Hammered Surface, Made One By One And Totally Distinctive From That Of Pressed Woks. The Round Bottom Woks From Yamada Kogyosho Are Available In 42 Cm And 45 Cm Sizes With Unseasoned Option Only. Unseasoned Woks Are Regularly Stocked And Are Covered With Anti-Rust Protective Coating On Delivery. Before The First Use, It Is Necessary To Heat The Wok To Burn Off The Coating And Wash It With Detergent When It Gets Cool. After That, Stir-Frying Vegetable Scraps Is Recommended In Order To Make The Wok Ready. Pre-Seasoned Woks Are Build-To-Order Products.
