This authentic handmade wooden sushi bowl, known as a "Hangiri" or "Handai", is crafted by professionals using sawara wood from Japan's Kiso region. Featuring a stunning masame (straight-grain) pattern and copper ornamentation, this bowl is not only beautiful but also resistant to water and bacteria. To maintain its appearance and quality, simply wipe any resin with vinegar or ethanol liquid and wash with hot water after every use. Dry thoroughly in a cool, well-ventilated area. It is not dishwasher safe.
