Quickly my favorite pan

Light weight. Great shape. Perfect for frying eggs. Love this pan.

Great pan.

This is a wonderful pan. No rivets, non stick. However, all of the information that came with the pan were in Japanese. No English translation to tell me how to care for this pan. I am treating it like a cast iron skillet, but I am not sure that is what it needs. Help
