Features

This Sori Yanagi Iron Pan Is Part Of A Renowned Series Of Cookware. It'S Made Of A Unique Material Called "Magma Plate", A Blue Tempered Material Invented By Satoshoji Corp. It Has A Concave And Convex Pattern Inside And Outside Like Nambu Ironware, And Is Coated With Black Oxide Film For Surface Protection, And Then With Silicone Resin Paint. This Prevents Food From Burning Or Sticking To The Pan, And The Transparent Silicone Coat Helps Prevent Rust. The Increased Surface Area Of The Pan Conducts More Heat, So It Cooks Faster And Retains Flavor.

Use &Amp; Care

This Pan Is Suitable For Both Left And Right-Handed Use, And Is Ideal For Any Type Of Cooktop, Including Induction. Always Apply A Thin Layer Of Vegetable Oil To The Cooking Surface Before Pre-Heating The Pan. After Use, Hand Wash With A Soft Sponge And Dry Thoroughly, Avoiding The Use Of Soap Or Harsh Detergents. To Avoid The Formation Of Rust, Food Should Not Be Left In The Pan After Cooking. Apply A Small Amount Of Vegetable Oil Over The Interior Surface While The Pan Is Still Warm, And Store In A Dry Location.
