Before cooking, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the pan's cooking surface and preheat the pan slowly to avoid thermal shock. Use the pan on any type of cooktop, including induction, but increase the temperature gradually. After cooking, avoid leaving food in the pan to prevent rust. Handle with care as the pan will become very hot during use.
