Unlike Conventional Wooden Spatulas, This One Prevents Wooden Chips From Falling Into Meals, Getting Burned Or Cracked. Plus, It Is Endocrine Disruptors (Environmental Hormone) Free And Has An Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polymer That Is Qualified To The Highest Level Of Wear Resistance. For Items Larger Than 600Mm, The Spatula Has A Wood Core Structure That Provides Rigidity And Weight Reduction. For Use And Care, The Spatula Is Resistant To 90℃ Hot Air For 90 Minutes, Dishwasher Safe (Less Than 90°C), Chlorine/Oxygen Bleach Safe, And Ultra Violet Safe.
