Before You Use The Hangiri For The First Time, Fill The Bowl With Hot Water And Add 180Ml Of Vinegar. Let This Mixture Sit For 2-3 Hours To Reduce Any Pine Tar And Bitterness Of The Wood. After It'S Cooled, Wash The Bowl And Dry It With A Soft Tea Towel. Whenever You Use The Hangiri, Make Sure To Wet The Inside Of The Bowl And Dry It Lightly To Keep It From Discoloring.
Cleaning And Care
Cleaning The Hangiri Is Easy. Simply Fill It With Water And Use A Soft Brush To Remove Any Rice Or Residue. Wash With Water Or Soapy Water, But Don'T Use Harsh Detergents Or Bleaching Agents.
