Features

This Pan From The Renowned Sori Yanagi Iron Pan Series Is Made Of A Unique Material Known As "Magma Plate", Invented By Satoshoji Corp. This Blue Tempered Material Is Carved With Concave And Convex Patterns Inside And Out, Like Nambu Ironware, And Coated With A Black Oxide Film For Surface Protection And A Silicone Resin Paint.

The Increased Surface Area Helps The Pan To Conduct More Heat, Cook Faster, And Keep Food Flavor. It'S Durable And Even Tolerant To High Heat And The Use Of Steel Cooking Tools.

Use &Amp; Care

This Pan Is Suitable For Both Left- And Right-Handed Use And Can Be Used On Any Type Of Cooktop, Including Induction. Each Time You Use The Pan, Apply A Thin Layer Of Vegetable Oil To The Cooking Surface And Pre-Heat It Slowly Before Adding Food. Hand Wash With A Soft Sponge And Dry Thoroughly, But Do Not Use Soap Or Harsh Detergents. To Avoid Rust Formation, Food Should Not Be Left In The Pan After Cooking. Apply A Small Amount Of Vegetable Oil Over The Interior Surface While The Pan Is Still Warm And Store It In A Dry Location.
