Moreover, It Features A Double Edged Blade With An Asymmetric Bevel Of 80/20, Crafted From Reactive Carbon Steel. In Order To Keep Your Jikko Knife In Top Condition, It Is Recommended To Hand Wash It And Promptly Dry It Off After Each Use. Neglecting To Do So May Lead To Rusting Or Discoloration. The Knife-Maker Jikko, Also Known As Sakai Jikko, Is A Fourth-Generation Family-Owned Artisan Company Established In 1901 In Sakai City. For Centuries, The City Has Been Renowned For Its Master Craftsmen Who Forge The Finest Quality Kitchen Knives.
