Use & Care

• The Small Size (110 Mm) Could Be Used With A Single Handle Iron Wok 27-30 Cm, And The Medium Size (120 Mm) With 33 Cm Or More.
• At The Time Of Delivery, Yamada Iron Products Are Coated With Protective Varnish To Prevent Them From Rusting During Transport And Storage. The Varnish Needs To Be Burnt Off Over High Heat To Expose The Bare Metal Underneath, And The Bowl Of The Ladle Needs To Be Thoroughly Seasoned Before First Use.
