Hangiri Sushi Bowl

Features

The Hangiri Sushi Bowl Is An Essential Tool For Serving Nigiri/Chirashi Sushi Or Making Vinegared Rice. It Is Handmade In A Traditional Method From Sawara Wood In The Kiso Region Of Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The Stunning Masame (Straight-Grain) Pattern And Copper Ornamentation Give It A Sophisticated Look. Sawara Wood Is Renowned For Its Strength And Water Resistance, Making It An Ideal Material For Kitchen Tools Such As Hangiri Sushi Bowls.

Use &Amp; Care

Resin May Sometimes Ooze Out On The Surface, But This Is Natural And Harmless. To Remove The Stickiness, You Can Wipe It Off With Vinegar Or Ethanol Liquid. Some Yellow Stains May Remain, But It Is Safe To Use. After Each Use, It Is Important To Properly Wash The Bowl With Hot Water To Remove Any Remaining Food, And Then Dry It In A Cool, Well-Ventilated Place Away From Sunlight. If The Bowl Is Not Dried Properly, It May Cause The Wood To Shrink, Resulting In Cracks And The Loosening Of The Copper Ornamentation. Dishwashers Are Not Recommended.
