This Is A Reactive Carbon Steel Knife. To Ensure A Long-Lasting Knife, It Is Important To Properly Care For Your Jikko Knife. Hand Wash It After Each Use And Make Sure To Keep It Dry. Otherwise It Will Rust Or Discolor. Jikko Knives Are Crafted By A Family-Owned Japanese Artisan Company That Dates Back To 1901 In Sakai City.
