Features

This Extra-Thick Frying Pan From Iwachu Is Made With Traditional Nanbu Tekki Craftsmanship From Iwate Prefecture, Japan. It Offers Excellent Heat Storage And Distributes Heat Evenly For A More Enjoyable Cooking Experience. The Frying Pan Also Comes With A Lid For Your Convenience.

Use & Care

This Iwachu Frying Pan Is Compatible With Both Direct Fire And Induction Cooker (Ih200V). When Using An Electromagnetic Cooker, Make Sure The Power Volume Is Medium Or Less For Safety And To Prevent Deformation. To Make Foods Less Likely To Stick To The Pan, Apply Oil On The Surface Before Cooking. After Use, Wash It With Hot Water And A Scrubbing Brush, But Don'T Use Detergent As It Will Wash Away The Oil. Then Lightly Heat It To Evaporate The Water, And Cool It Well Before Storing. When Handling The Frying Pan, Make Sure To Be Careful As The Heavy Cast Iron Is Prone To Cracking If Dropped Or Quenched. In Addition, Don'T Touch The Main Body And Handle With Your Bare Hands As They Can Become Extremely Hot, And Avoid Leaving Foods In It After Cooking.
