To put it on, unfasten all one-touch tapes and step into the pants-style belt from the bottom. When using during pregnancy, be careful not to pull the pants section up too high to avoid putting pressure on the abdomen. Bring the main belt forward and secure it at a comfortable level of support. Then, simultaneously pull and secure the outer belts to fine-tune the tightness as necessary. Because of its cotton-lined crotch, the belt can be worn by itself or over underwear. Avoid excessive tightening, and stop using if you feel discomfort or skin irritation.

Before washing, fasten the velcro to prevent damage. Gently wash by hand in lukewarm water, below 30°C, using a gentle detergent.
