汚れと臭いに強い
まな板は汚れや臭いに強く、耐久性、耐スクラッチ性、耐摩耗性に優れています。煮沸消毒による変形もしにくいです。まな板はさまざまな色をご用意しており、用途に合わせて色を変えることができます。
使用とお手入れ
使用後は、中性洗剤（できればナイロンブラシで）でまな板を洗い、よく乾かしてください。しつこい汚れには、家庭用漂白剤を使用できますが、長時間浸け置きすることは避けてください。まな板は食器洗い機には対応しておらず、洗浄または乾燥サイクルで加熱すると、反りや曲がりが生じる可能性があります。UV殺菌器を使用できますが、長期的な暴露は変色の原因となる場合があります。また、まな板を火の近くに置いたり、熱い鍋を置いたりすると、変形する可能性があります。最後に、立てかけて保管すると、反りや変形の原因になることがあります。
