Discover The Traditional Craftsmanship Of Iwachu

Iwachu'S Extra-Thick Frying Pan Offers Excellent Heat Storage And Evenly Distributed Heat, Making Cooking A Pleasure. The Frying Pan Is Made Using Nambu Cast Iron, A Traditional Craft Of Iwate Prefecture, Which Has Been Passed Down For Over 400 Years.

Use &Amp; Care

This Frying Pan Is Compatible With Direct Fire And Induction Cookers (Ih200V). Since Electromagnetic Cookers Are Powerful, Please Be Aware Of The Pan'S Temperature And Set The Power Volume To Medium Or Lower. After Use, Wash The Pan Using A Scrubbing Brush Or Brush With Hot Water, Without Detergent. After Washing, Lightly Heat The Pan To Evaporate The Water Thoroughly And Then Cool It. To Prevent Rusting, Apply A Thin Coat Of Oil With Kitchen Paper When Storing.

Be Careful When Handling As Cast Iron Products Are Heavy. Dropping Or Burning May Cause Cracks. Be Careful Not To Touch The Pan Or Handle With Your Bare Hands As They May Become Hot During Use And May Cause Burns. Leaving Food In The Cast Iron Pan Can Cause A Chemical Reaction With The Tannins In The Food, Causing The Food To Turn Black. This Is Harmless To The Human Body, So Be Sure To Empty The Pan After Cooking And Store The Food In Another Container.
