Use &Amp; Care

  • Before Your First Use, Apply Oil Sufficiently. Cast Iron Ware Have Fine Unevenness On The Surface Where Oil Comes In To Form A Thin Film. The More Oil Is Applied, The Less Likely Your Ironware Will Get Rusty Or Burnt.
  • To Remove Dirt Or Stains, Wash The Pot Well With Hot Water. Then Warm It Over Low To Medium Heat To Dry. Apply A Thin Layer Of Oil And Stir-Fry Vegetable Scraps So That The Oil Coats The Surface Evenly. Once The Pot Has Cooled, Wash Out The Oil With A Brush Or Scourer.
  • Keep In Mind That Cast Iron Ware Will Become Coated With More Oil Over Time And Be Less Likely To Get Rusty Or Burnt. For The First Few Times Of Use, Apply More Oil Before Cooking To Prevent Food Sticking.
  • After Each Use, Wash The Pot In Hot Water With A Brush Or Scourer, But Without Using Detergent; Otherwise, The Oil Will Be Washed Off. Then Quickly Heat The Pot To Dry And Cool. Applying A Thin Layer Of Oil Before Storage Will Prevent Rust.
  • Be Careful When Using Cast Iron Ware, As They Are Very Heavy. Falling Or Rapid Cooling May Cause A Crack.
