Use &Amp; Care

It'S Important To Be Aware That The Kettle Is Not Induction Compatible Due To The Bottom Diameter. It Is Designed For Boiling Water Only And Not For Steeping Tea Or Plants. Before Using The Kettle For The First Time, Rinse It With Hot Water (No Soap) Two To Three Times. Then, Boil Water In The Kettle And Discard The Water. After Each Use, Empty The Kettle Of Any Remaining Water And Heat On Low Heat To Dry The Kettle Completely. Do Not Wash Or Rub The Inside Of The Kettle And Store In A Dry Location.

Ikenaga Iron Works Co., Ltd. Is A Japanese Company Founded In 1937 In Osaka. They Specialize In Manufacturing Steel Castings Such As Alloy, Bushings, And Rolling Mill Rolls. Nambu Cast Ironware Is A Traditional Craftwork From Morioka City And Mizusawa, Oshu City That Was Designated In 1975. The Nambu Clan, Who Built Morioka Castle Over 400 Years Ago, Were Majorly Responsible For The Production Of Cast Ironware For The Tea Ceremony. The Cast Ironware Of Mizusawa Was Originally Developed 900 Years Ago By The Fujiwara Clan. This Traditional Craftwork Are Still Produced And Used Today, Making It A Great Addition To Any Kitchen.
