Features

Our Nambu Ironware Sukiyaki Pan Is Designed With A Handle And A Unique Concavity And Convexity On Its Surface, Which Adds Sophistication To The Look. This Pan Has A Flat Base And Is Compatible With Induction Heating Or Any Cooktop. The Heat Efficiency Is Excellent, As It Can Evenly Spread The Heat To The Ingredients. Cast Ironware Is Also Known For Its Ability To Maintain And Distribute Heat, Even When The Ingredients Are Plenty. This Allows The Ingredients To Be Cooked Thoroughly And Become Soft And Fluffy With Rich Flavor. It Also Gradually Releases Divalent Iron, Which Is Beneficial For Iron Supplementation.

Use & Care

When Handling The Nambu Ironware Sukiyaki Pan, Extra Care Should Be Taken Given Its Weight. Rapid Cooling And Dropping Can Cause Cracks Or Further Damage. In Case The Pan Gets Rusted, Use A Steel Scrubbing Brush To Remove The Rust And Apply A Thin Layer Of Oil Before Storage.
