To Maintain The Product In Good Shape, Don'T Quench Or Drop It As This May Cause Cracks Or Crazing. The Surface Is Coated With A Baking Finish To Prevent Rust So Avoid Using Metal Spatulas, Scrubbers, Or Other Items That May Scratch The Processed Surface. The Product Is Compatible With A Direct Fire And Induction Cookers (Ih200V). When Using An Induction Cooker, Keep The Volume On Medium Or Lower And Pay Close Attention To The Condition And Internal Temperature Of The Cooker To Prevent Deformation And For Safety Reasons.
