Iwachu'S Nanbu Tekki Crafts Are Renowned For Their High Heat Storage Capacity, Which Brings Out The Flavor Of The Food While Excess Oil Is Removed. This Makes The Baked Product Both Delicious And Healthy. The Wooden Handle Ensures The Handle Remains Cool, Even When The Iron Is Heated.
To Make The Most Of Your Nanbu Tekki Crafts, Follow These Simple Steps When Using And Caring For It: Rinse The Body In Hot Water, Then Lightly Heat The Body To Evaporate The Water Before Applying Cooking Oil. Avoid Quenching Or Dropping The Product As This May Cause Cracks Or Crazing. The Surface Is Coated With A Baking Finish To Prevent Rust, So Do Not Use Metal Spatulas Or Scrubbers That May Scratch The Processed Surface. The Iron Is Compatible With Both Direct Fire And Induction Cookers (Ih200V). However, The Use Of Induction Cookers Should Be At Low To Medium Volume And Should Be Monitored Closely To Prevent Deformation And For Safety Reasons. Please Note That Microwaves Are Not Compatible With This Product.
