Main thermos lid keeps opening

Initially I loved this product. Its the perfect size for my sons hot lunch, but after the 3rd use the lid kept opening up and sauce leaked out everywhere. The lid does not have a good closing mechanism, it does not screw shut, but merely slides a couple of mm, which means the chance of it sliding open are high. We tried even taping it shut, but that didn't work, which is such a shame as otherwise it'd be perfect. The company and ordering however were great, always had communication as ordering from the UK.
