Yokan Is A Traditional Japanese Dessert Made Of Red/White Bean Paste, Agar And Sugar. It Is Usually Sold In A Block Form And Eaten In Slices. Yokan Made From White Kidney Bean Paste Is Relatively Common And It'S Milky And Translucent With A Milder Flavour Than Red Bean Paste. Using Matcha And Other Ingredients, You Can Effectively Flavour And Colour This White Bean Yokan.
