Great product! but I paid VAT which was half the price of purchased

I moved to UK from JP 4 years ago. I couldn't find out moisture tonner in the UK which very moist on skin without cream (If you are young and wants to not use chemical stuff, I really recommend this one. You don't need extra thing. If you are over 35 maybe you need extra cream but definitely you can feel more moist from this product than uk's common tonner) I found same product on uk Amozon, it was £28/2bottle, but it was run out, so I was looking for good price one( because this product approx. 600 yen in JP, very cheap tonner, so very good cost performance in JP ). This company send from JP so delivery cost is very expensive, but conclusion was same price as Amozon, so I bought this include other stuffs. I careful to bought under £135, it means not need to pay VAT etc.. Unfortunately I paid £18 to DHL this time. Maybe their custom document was not so great ?or just bad luck?, I don't know why. I bought £ 54 for 7products, £18 for delivery cost AND £18 VAT. I shouldn't have buy this one...I thought. I bought from Zak Zakka similar price before, it wasn't VAT, so maybe I'll buy from Zak Zakka again but I won't buy from this company again. Too risky...
