Edo Kiriko Is A Traditional Japanese Craftwork With A Distinguished Heritage. It Was Developed In Downtown Tokyo During The Edo Period (1603-1867). The Glass Is Melted In 1350 Degrees Heat, Then Plated With Colored Glass To Create Two Layers. Edo Kiriko Craftsmen Then Cut Each Glass By Hand, Curving Fine Designs With Their Remarkable Technique. The Two Shades Of Contrasting Colors Reflect The Light Beautifully, Accentuated By Traditional Or Flower Patterns Curved On The Surface.
